Neither the Trump administration, Congress, US Customs & Border Protection or the Department of Homeland Security are currently in control of immigration along the southern border, triple amputee veteran and a founder of the nonprofit organization We Build The Wall Brian Kolfage warns in an exclusive interview with Gateway Pundit.

The governmental entity with the actual jurisdiction over the crime-ridden border is The U.S. Section of The International Boundary and Water Commission, a “United Nations-type” globalist agency, run by deep state hacks, that is deliberately allowing hordes of foreign nationals to illegally enter the United States, the decorated war hero explained.

“This organization basically controls our borders. Homeland Security doesn’t control them. Border Patrol doesn’t control them. This international organization, that’s half-owned by corrupt Mexico, controls our border,” Kolfage said. “These Mexican officials – a lot of them are corrupt and it’s proven that they’re corrupt – have say what goes on at our border on the United States side.”

The IBWC was created by the U.S. and Mexico in 1889 to administer rules for demarcating the location of the border between the two countries, which sits on banks of the meandering Rio Grande River. The international body has a U.S. section and a Mexican section, headquartered in the adjoining cities of El Paso, Texas, and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

We Build The Wall completed the assembly of a 30-foot high, three-quarter mile-long section of border wall on private property border El Paso, Texas and Sunland Park, in just four days in New Mexico over Memorial Day weekend.

Immediately after the wall was constructed, IBCW Commissioner Jayne Harkins immediately ordered the gate to be permanently padlocked open.

Surveillance footage from the site, which could be mistaken as a scene from The Walking Dead, shows hundreds of illegal immigrants rampaging into the United States just moments after IBWC staffers chained the gate open.

“The gate was something they asked for,” Kolfage told the Gateway Pundit. “But instead of doing the commonsense thing of shutting the gate and locking it, they leave it wide open, Monday through Friday all day long. Anyone can go to our website, we have live cameras watching the gate.”

Meanwhile, federal immigration law enforcement leaders caution the overwhelming influx of illegal immigrants invading the county is at a “breaking point” and poses a massive “border security and humanitarian crisis.” The U.S. Customs and Border Protection highlights El Paso, where IBWC is headquartered, as the primary location from which criminal illegal aliens cross over.

The IBWC is a corrupt bureaucratic agency hellbent on keeping the border open to facilitate a gravy train of drugs, sex trafficking and human trafficking back and forth between the two countries, Kolfage surmised.

“Of course, they didn’t like our wall going up in Southern Park – it was an amazing smuggling route. They got a lot of push back from those cartels and people on that side who didn’t want that route shut down,” he said. “It just shows us how screwed up the whole system is, where we have an international group like the U.N. controlling our border, telling us what to do, telling our border patrol what to do.

“We are trying to turn this wall over to DHS and Border Patrol – give them full control. It’s their wall, we built it for them. The IBWC says they leave it open for [IBCW] workers, but there are no workers going through and people are seeing that live – that there’s no workers going through. There might be like one worker a week that will go through – that’s it and why can’t they just have a key.”

As We Build the Wall gears up to build a second 3.5-mile portion of the wall on private land in Mission, Texas, the IBWC is, again, ardently working to sabotage the project.

The Department of Justice on Dec. 5 filed a lawsuit on behalf of IBWC against Fisher Industries, the construction company contracted by We Build The Wall to assemble a physical barrier, to shut border wall construction along the Rio Grande.

IBWC claims the manufacturing of a wall in the location would violate the United States’ 1970 international water treaty with Mexico by causing floods that would alter the course of the international waterway by and destruct the shoreline.

U.S. District Judge Randy Crane subsequently issued a restraining order mandating We Build the Wall and Fisher Industries suspend construction and ordered the government to disclose the results of a hydrology study that would substantiate its unfounded charges.

While illegal immigration jeopardizes U.S. national security, with illegal immigrants committing rape, drug sales, murder again, and again, and again, and again, environmentalists are more concerned about protecting the well being of insects than citizens.

Texas District Judge Keno Vasquez of Hidalgo County on Dec. 4 issued a temporary restraining order Tuesday, ordering We Build the Wall to stop construction on land near property owned by the National Butterfly Center, citing the project’s potential for “imminent and irreparable harm” to a border butterfly sanctuary.

“They’re called the Butterfly National Center – they are not a national anything. They are trying to sound like they’re some federal museum,” Kolfage said. “They named themselves the National Butterfly Center and its nothing more than a piece of land out in the middle of nowhere, right on the border, where illegal aliens are crossing every single day. Cartels are coming off their property and it should be called the National Cartel Center.

“This is what President Trump deals with every day. We are starting to see it now – just how much is against this wall. It’s basically the deep state we are dealing with all.”

Amid the legal hurdles leveled by IBWC and butterfly advocates, We Build The Wall received a ringing public endorsement from U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.

The influx of illegal traffic has shifted around the structure to a region where agents are equipped to respond more effectively after the nonprofit completed its first new barrier, El Paso Border Patrol sector chief Gloria Chavez told reporters in November.

“Everything changed for us, and we were able to manage the border enforcement actions there even better,” Chavez said.

According to the latest CBP data, the Trump administration has completed 83 miles of the 450 miles of border wall it has vowed to see built by the end of 2020.

With the help of the American people, We Build the Wall could construct a wall along the entire 2000-mile border, Kolfage said.

“Twenty-five million dollars won’t go that far. It’s only going to build a couple of miles. We are still raising money. We’ve just got to keep hammering at it, little chunks at a time,” he said. “If every Trump supporter donates $80, then the nonprofit could build a wall on the entire 2000-mile border. We’ve proven now that we can build wall. When we originally raised this money, it was on an idea that ‘hey we are going to go and try to build a wall.’ But now, we actually did it. DHS has endorsed us. Border Patrol has endorsed us.”

DOH! Did You Know There’s a Treaty Between the USA & Ukraine Regarding Cooperation For Prosecuting Crimes?

A comprehensive treaty agreement that allows cooperation between both the United States and Ukraine in the investigation and prosecution of crimes. 

It appears President Trump was following the law to the letter when it comes to unearthing the long-standing corruption that has swirled in Ukraine and allegedly involves powerful Democrats like Joe Biden and others.

The Treaty is one of a series of modern mutual legal assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in order to counter criminal activities more effectively. The Treaty should be an effective tool to assist in the prosecution of a wide variety of crimes, including drug trafficking offenses. The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records, and articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or identifying persons; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint, confiscation, forfeiture of assets, restitution, and collection of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the requested state. WHY ISLAM AS A WHOLE SHOULD BE BANNED IN THE UNITED STATES, NOT JUST SHARIA LAW

(Note to Big Tech Censorship Police: This is not “hate speech”, so before you block my post, read the explanation. I have Muslim friends whom I love dearly, but it does not change the fact that Islam is a government which can not co-exist inside the US govt.)

Many people think the solution to the “Islam Problem” is to ban Sharia Law. But others say our First Amendment restricts the government from making any law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise of religion.

The ACTUAL PROBLEM is that Sharia Law is not a religion. As the name states Sharia “LAW” is part of the Islamic state’s (govt’s) legal system. It is criminal laws. Sharia law has NOTHING to do with the “free exercise of religion” and absolutely SHOULD be banned in the US since we already have established criminal laws.

Islam is not a religion either, it is a totalitarian form of government which dictates every aspect of a Muslim’s life, of which the religious beliefs and laws are a part. No part of Islam can be separated from the other, they are a package deal never to be severed. If you don’t believe this, do some research – ask some Muslims. This is absolutely factual and true.

I’m sure you’ve heard of the Islamic flag and the Islamic state. Think about it, both of these things are governmental, not religious!

Islamic laws conflict with our laws and more importantly are in direct CONFLICT with our CONSTITUTION!!

Islam has its own POLITICAL LEADERS, above the authority of any US leader since they believe their leaders to be Allah’s. It has its own government structure and government rules has its own courts, its own judges, its own laws & traditions. It has its own civil laws as well. It also has its own tax laws and banking. It even has its own policing department.

That sharia law enforcing ’policing department’ is now operating in Brooklyn New York!

The first thing Muslims will do when they settle in a city is open a mosque. The mosque has several very loud speakers at the top that blare their call to prayer for TWO MINUTES before the sun comes up, so forget sleeping until AFTER sunrise. The blaring Arabic song can be heard for more than a TWENTY BLOCK radius! That obnoxious ear shattering noise plays again FOUR MORE TIMES during the day. The last plays at dusk, so forget about any more romantic sunsets! They do not care that they are infringing on your rights to sleep or enjoy a peaceful day, because the call to prayer was dictated by Muhammad, the messenger of Allah.

The beliefs of Islam are in direct conflict with our constitution and regardless of peoples sensibilities or how much they want to scream tolerance or that Islam is a religion, they are wrong and Islam should not be allowed to be established in United States.

I do not hate Muslim people. I have several Muslim friends & lovely neighbors. But that does not change the fact that Islam is a government and it cannot coexist within OUR government.

Most people are uninformed and ignorant about exactly what Islam is and how it works. This is no surprise since Islam is like nothing else in the world. Islam is like a platypus, it doesn’t fit neatly in any given category.

The truth is – Islam WAS banned from the USA in 1952 and the law is still in effect today. But the Left & Snopes are too ignorant about Islam and the teachings of the Quran, Hadith, Sunna, Sira, Sharia Law, etc, to realize this is true. So they tell you it is false and claim the truth is “hate speech.

WHY IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL (again) TO BURN THE AMERICAN FLAG

Burning the American flag is not “speech”, it is an “act”! It is not “symbolic speech. Symbolic speech may be expressing emotion- crying, screaming, cheering, waving, scowling, etc.. But starting a fire is in no way, shape or form – “speech or expression”!

Our great flag figuratively represents our “UNITED STATES”. As citizens and legalized immigrants we “PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE to the FLAG of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God…”

Each of the stripes represents the 13 original colonies, each star, a state. When a person burns the American flag, they are figuratively burning down & destroying, our country!!

It is a destructive act against this country’s primary symbol of freedom and patriotism that the men & women in our military have historically looked too with pride, giving them the additional courage and motivation to stand and defend our homeland (and others), and all it stands for as outlined in our constitution and associated documents, when things are the most dire (e.g. The Iwo Jima Memorial).

Patriotism is a country’s greatest weapon! Those who wish to destroy our country know this very well.

Remove patriotism and you no longer have a military willing to defend the country. With no military to defend it, you soon have no country.

That’s been the effect since the law was passed, in 1989, making it legal to burn the flag.
For 213 years it was ILLEGAL to burn the American flag (for the reasons I stated)! It’s been legal for the past 30 years and look what’s happened to our country since then! People have not only lost respect for our country, they have lost respect for each other. When the flag is respected, citizens are proud to be Americans and they respect fellow Americans.
If a person’s reason for burning the flag is that it’s their freedom of expression then they are idiots, because they are burning the symbol that represents their freedom of expression!

By burning the flag, the “symbolic expression” being voiced is a protest AGAINST our freedoms, against our rights! That’s idiotic!

If there is an issue to protest or something can be done to make our country better, address THAT issue directly -not symbolically with acts of hatred! Hatred never results in anything positive.
Laws prohibiting the desecration of the flag were only RECENTLY struck down by the US Supreme Court in 1989! Since that time patriotism in our country has also been “struck down”.

On June 21, 1989, a deeply divided United States Supreme Court upheld the rights of protesters to burn the American flag in a landmark First Amendment decision.

In the controversial Texas v. Johnson case, the Court voted 5-4 in favor of Gregory Lee Johnson, the protester who had burned the flag. Johnson’s actions, the majority argued, were symbolic speech, political in nature, and could be expressed even at the expense of our national symbol and to the affront of those who disagreed with him.

Since then, there have been 7 attempts to amend the United States Constitution to prevent the desecration of the flag, but those attempts and others, like legislation then-Senator Hillary Clinton co-sponsored in 2006, have failed.
As Mackenzie Celum said:

“I consider flag-burning to not only be an ineffective way to express disagreement, but toxic as well. More than that, I believe it to be a hate crime. Yes, it makes an obvious statement, but at the heart of it, all it truly exhibits is hatred for our country. I would even go so far as to question if flag-burning ought to be judged as treason. Furthermore, this act could be considered a form of violence, as it encourages a “mob mentality.” Could this easily lead to even more violent actions? I would argue that yes, it easily could. This quickly sparks a chain reaction of chaos that cannot easily be contained.”

Our troops sacrifice their lives to defend our rights. There is no greater action of disrespect and disregard towards them and the institution of our military than to burn the epitome of those rights.

The failed operation which caught to thousands of Africans in Mexico

TIJUANA, Mexico, 27 Sep 2016 (IPS) – Saturday afternoon. From the city of Tijuana, Sergio Tamai, an activist for the rights of migrants, summarizes the new crisis in that part of the border between Mexico and the United States.

“You are creating a bronconón,” says with an emphasis – and idiom – in the northern Mexicans. “The government is already exceeded by more than tried to hide it could no longer and the anger is going to explode”.

Tamai, founder of the Organization Angels without Borders, speaks of an unpublished phenomenon that surprises to this city of the north-western end of Mexico, the most populated area of the state of Baja California and created by migrants: the arrival of thousands of Africans and Haitians seeking asylum in the United States.

It is not known how many. The City Council recognizes to 350, which are in their hostels, but civil organizations say they can be up to 7,000.

Many are in Tijuana since May 2016, but others appeared in the first two weeks of September. The flow has not been stopped and it is very possible that its origin is older than the of these estimates.

But only now is visible for three reasons: the number of migrants is increasing; the first who arrived exhausted their money and took to the streets to do this. Before lived in hotels.

And the third reason is that some local media began to publish on the phenomenon, after which the Government of the United States denounced a possible sale of tickets by the National Institute of Migration (INM) to request asylum humanitarian.

It is a long journey that almost nobody does alone, and that is usually handled by transnational bands of human trafficking who had guaranteed the step toward the United States thanks to the corruption of immigration service officials of that country.

But this had since changed, said Solalinde. “four to five months ago had a regular traffic operated by the INM. Arrived regular flights for example of the southern border to Toluca with oriental, or Hindus and carried directly to Tijuana,” explains.

In little time, almost at the exit of the airport migrants arriving in the shacks migratory and crossed without problem, or used other irregular channels and more expensive.

However, a few weeks ago we learned that passes, supposedly free, in reality were sold in hundreds of dollars. Many who already have a while in the city could not buy them but the newcomers. “One day arrived as a thousand to buy them, was when the United States suspended the process”, account Tamai.

Stuck without a chance of moving, began to wander in the streets. A few hundred were to Mexicali to attempt the crossing by there, but neither did so.

Meanwhile, the social problem in the border is exacerbated each week. Municipal resources to serve the population in situation of street was already sold out, says Tamai, and the government of Baja California does not want to release money to avoid a greater concentration of migrants.

The only way out is for the federal government to unlock the resources for the care of migrants, some 300 million pesos (15.7 million), and sends them to the border to solve the problem.

Going for long, said Tamai. But it will not lay to wait. “We are going to make noise, to protest to that released the money. This is a humanitarian crisis,” says.

The recent story over at WND tells us President-elect Donald Trump is getting ready to get tough, reportedly preparing to jumpstart a bill in Congress that would ban the Muslim Brotherhood by declaring it a terrorist organization. Warning us within their story that the subversive group had already infiltrated the White House, FBI, Department of Homeland Security and the Justice Department, they included a photo of Muslim Brotherhood leader Anas Altikriti at the White House back in 2014, shaking Barack Obama’s hand as seen below left, just in case the MSM or liberal college professors shout out FAKE NEWS to their rapidly dwindling audiences.

With the Muslim Brotherhood having completely infiltrated the United States government during the past 8 years, and the incoming president allegedly preparing to outright ban them by declaring them a terrorist organization, we see a huge potential problem bubbling up to the surface within the next several months, especially considering recent warnings from the FBI of potential terror on Thanksgiving or Inauguration day and the Muslim Brotherhood’s stated goal of ‘destroying America from within’.

How will Trump be able to weed out the members of the Muslim Brotherhood that have already infiltrated the US government during the past 8 years and if the Muslim Brotherhood truly is a terrorist organization as we learn in the 1st video below, is there any reason that we should believe they’ll simply ‘go quietly’ into the night after having a seat at Obama’s table?

Why this argument about popular vote is invalid and needs to stop! (As you will learn, Trump actually DID win the popular vote too, not that it matters!)

There are several issues surrounding this discussion about popular vote.

This election campaign was fought with the goal of winning electoral votes, not popular vote. (Many are not aware that millions of votes that would favor Trump remain uncounted!)

There is a valid reason for the electoral college but that’s a different argument and I’m not going to discuss it here, other than to say that it helps keep the balance of power and ensures that each state has a voice.

If the goal of the campaign had been to win the popular vote the campaign team and the voters would have behaved differently. The campaigns would’ve focused MUCH more attention on high density population areas and would have ignored small-town America.

Voters in decidedly blue states would have been much more motivated to vote. Not only would they have been more motivated to vote, but their choice of who to vote for would have been affected as well.

In very blue states such as New York and California many Trump supporters didn’t bother to vote because they knew it wouldn’t change the electoral outcome, or chose instead to support one of the third-party candidates so they could reach their 5% targets for Federal funding.

It’s also important to recognize that millions of votes remain uncounted!

If popular vote was the goal, ALL votes would be counted. For time and cost efficiency sake, once a candidate wins a particular area and the remaining uncounted votes are not sufficient to overturn that district, they stop counting.

There are also currently millions of uncounted absentee and mail-in ballot’s remaining. Many of these are military ballots which would most certainly strongly favor Trump.

Lastly, there is also a significant voter fraud issue. It has recently been verified that there were over 3 million votes cast by noncitizens! I think most would agree that it’s highly likely that these 3 million+ fraudulent noncitizen votes went for Hillary Clinton.

Therefore, when those 3 million fraudulent votes are subtracted and the millions of absentee military votes are added, that alone gives Trump a land slide victory in popular vote as well!

Please share these facts with those who continue to cry about the popular vote. It’s an invalid argument.

I’ve just asked you to give me the specific examples of hate crimes committed on people from the right to people on the left.

Give me the actual crimes and not just what you’re hearing in the news

I want to hear about actual hate crimes.  Give me a list.

And don’t tell me that some kid in school called somebody a name. According to the rule of law, calling somebody a name in school it’s not a hate crime. If it is, then please cite the rule of law that made that a crime. And show me where our free-speech ends and hate crime begins. (by the way, I’m not condoning the behavior of kids bullying one another or anyone making anyone else feel uncomfortable.)

You are being manipulated by the media!

You need to look at the facts!

I’m tired of the left-wing media having such a double standard and creating such division in our world.

The media is not holding the left accountable.

And they are not holding the left to the same standard as they are the right.

If saying mean things is considered a hate crime then look at all of the mean things the left has been saying to the right???

The entire right has been bashed this entire campaign and labeled a racist, sexist, bigoted, Islam a phobic, anti-Semite, Xena phobia, misogynist, deplorable, irredeemable, un-American etc. etc.!!  And it’s not even true for the majority of people!

I am feeling threatened! I am feeling fearful! I’m suffering! I can’t walk out in public with A make America great hat or a Trump shirt or a bumper sticker on my car for fear that I will be assaulted or my property would be vandalized!!!

I can’t drive down the freeway in LA for fear that rioters are going to block my way and attack me and my vehicle!!  I’m in fear for my life. People are beating and killing Trump supporters!  People are burning down their houses!!!  People are destroying their property!!

Why are you not concerned about MY fear????
Why are you not concerned about MY life????
Why are you not concerned about MY rights????
Why are you not concerned about the hate crimes being committed against me????

I will not on tolerate this unfair behavior!  My fears and my concerns are just as important as an illegal immigrants if not more so!!

I am an American citizen!!!  This is my country! I have lived and worked here and pay taxes here and so have my parents!

My rights should not come after a noncitizen’s rights!

People have choices to obey the rules of law! And many LEGAL immigrants are angry that illegal immigrants are cheating them! LEGAL immigrants are citizens, illegal immigrants are not. That is not racist that is the rule of law and that is a fact!

When you choose to disobey the rule of law, you accept the consequences of that choice!

NO hate crime is acceptable!  NO CRIME is acceptable. And that includes the crime of coming into this country illegally!
